Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original state with tags intact. Requests should be raised within the return window from delivery. Items showing damage, wear, or alteration are not accepted.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. The amount is credited to the original payment method used at checkout. You’ll also be notified by email once the refund is complete.
Shipping and Delivery

Delivery typically requires 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on location. Timelines may shift due to courier operations. Delays can occur during busy seasons or unexpected external conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Eligible items may still be returned as per the return policy.
