Cancellation Policy  

 

At Brightbasket, managed by Megashop Fashions, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. In this document, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Megashop Fashions, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to our valued customers. We recognize that sometimes fashion choices change, and you may need to cancel an order. The following policy outlines the cancellation process:   

Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever occurs first.  
  • To cancel, please contact our customer support team by email.  
  • If eligible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped   
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification   
We do not currently allow modifications to items or addresses once an order is placed. If needed, you must cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
